1. General Return Guidelines
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Item Condition: All returned items must be new, unused, and untested, in their original factory packaging, including manuals, warranty cards (unfilled), and accessories.
- Item Usage: Items that have been installed, wired, tested, connected to pipes, or had liquid run through them are not eligible for return.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) obtained from RPpumpsonline.com Customer Service.
- Returns without a valid RMA# clearly marked on the shipping box will be refused. Issuance of an RMA does not guarantee a refund; items are subject to inspection.
2. Fees and Refund Deductions
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as RPpumpsonline.com is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (customer remorse, incorrect order, or change of mind).
- Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee applies if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item.
- Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3.5% processing fee applies to cancellations and returns.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: RPpumpsonline.com will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
- Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure items are insured against damage.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
- Any product that has been used, installed, or tested.
- Pumps connected to pipes or exposed to liquid.
- Products wired, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Special order items (custom or non-stock).
- Control panels, soft starters, control boxes, and assembled pumps with motors.
5. Return Procedure
- Request RMA#: Contact Customer Service via phone or email.
- Packaging: Securely pack items with adequate padding.
- Labeling: Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box.
- Shipment: Ship to the address provided by Customer Service. RPpumpsonline.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
6. Refund Timeline
Inspection: Allow 1–2 weeks for inspection and processing.
• Credit Issued: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Bank Processing: Additional 2–5 business days may be required for your bank to reflect the credit.
